How to fully reset game settings?

I accidentally made hide/show UI to the left click mouse button. I've tried deleting everything and reinstalling, I've gotten rid of the cloud saves for the game - which hasn't solved anything. If anyone has any idea on how help that would be amazing! :(

In your case, if it suffices you could go with resetting keybindings

Either way works, do the first one if you want to full reset game settings the second only if you need to reset keybindings.
