Bugged audio fix?

My sounds are will randomly have static in them or the actual audio could be low quality. Ive tried many fixes like changing headphones, speakers and ports. I have manually updated drivers. When I updated my graphics card driver it made it better but it is still bugged.

Do a search in your computer's device properties for spatial sound. If you can't find it, do a search with just 'spatial'. You might see that windows is using "Windows Sonic for Headphones" under spatial sound format. You want to turn this to 'Off'.

My sound was stuttering something awful and this fixed it.

Try repairing or reinstalling Dolby atmos or Dolby access. This worked for me.
