There are new things I swear weren't there before: extra dialog and opportunities. Feels to me like some of the story-based rough edges were smoothed even more without making major changes.
This will probably make whatever polishing there is in 8 have less impact, but now, my curiosity is spiked, and I won't stop now.
In fact, due to a bug, right now, I have Jaheira spec'd into BOTH Circle of WIldfire, and Circle of the Sea. She seems able to take one subclass at lvl2, and the other at lvl3.
Alas, Patch 8 may finally fix that bug. (I jest, as fixing that bug will solve other problems, even if it's letting me cheat with my druids at the moment.)
Do it.
