there is no such skill anymore
But yeah there is very little amount of npc half orcs, mostly some absolute grunts in act2, noone of notice
But yes, drow are known as favored absolute cult minions and gets a free pass, you dont even need to dominate others to play on it and can save the illithid wisdom for important encounters.
But yeah, in terms of meeting other Half-Orcs... it's pretty much not a thing at all through much of the first half of the game.
This depends on the weapon used. If you're using a GS then the game will only add another 1d6(prolly because GS use 2d6 on damage) but if you use a Greataxe then its another 1d12 which is kinda sad since where ain't no Legendary GA's, yet atleast. The best one is the Hellfire GA. 1d12+2 slashing +1d6fire. Quite nice when paired with Helldusk armor for the passive Heat generated by the weapon.
Just saying. Most people don't react to the race of other people. And in a world with orcs, elves, and goblins, people reacting to your race is kind of a stupid idea. Unless the character is, you guessed it, a racist.
Not everyone has an obsession with race and the exoticism of it. So no, it's not normal to do it.
