He was boring in early access and he is boring now. Even his class is boring. I don’t get how anyone enjoys playing a class that has two spell slots and just spams one cantrip over and over. It’s a shame too because Wyll could have been cool as a Paladin or Bard.
You should think of Warlocks as an archer with two powerful spell slots.
From all the little things like fear of wolves, liking night orchids, to her romance developing to her freeing herself and feeling grief and pain, etc, to choosing the dark path and her becoming totally evil etc
Everyone else is rather one dimensional and Wyll is just that- the goody idealist .
I agree there should have been a narural option for him to become paladin or something , his personality totally doesn’t fit being a warlock .
I just don't like that they made Wyll a cookie cutter character. That's most of the characters though. The only ones that have nuance and can change throughout the story are Astarion and Shadowheart. The rest of the characters are static.
