Where to find Potion of Speed

So, i'm getting addicted to the Potion of Speed, "kind" of broken, the wiki mentions that Roah and Cyrel sell those, but i have no more access to them, does anybody know any other merchant that sells them? Or where to find the Hyena Ears to craft them?

Go to the sunken cave and speak to the Mistress of waves, after that you can buy lots of those potions

Risen road are a lot of gnolls that drop hyena ears. Derryth sells Hyena ears. Inventory is random, so you have either to long rest or respec a character, look at their inventory, level up, look at their inventory and so on.

In addition to buying them, you can craft tons of them to the point im not anywhere near out of them mid way through act 3
