I mean you can choose to have a PP, but also select your gender as female. So you can be trans. You can also disguise your self and truly be gender fluid changing genders at any given time. pretty sure you can still be in combat with the disguise
But Disguise Self changes your entire character, right?
And can I continue with the same name?
What we're seeing here are their coping mechanisms.
Baldur's Gate 1 even had this (The cursed Girdle of Femininity and Masculinity). What a step back for inclusivity!
The only option is to use Disguise Self to change your self, however, this game has limited reactivity so in most cases it wont be reflected.
No need to insult the developers, it just seems unfair to me. I'll try disguise self, thanks.
