Actually that one gives +2 str, and gives the -1 after resting.
So if you use remove cures before rest, you dont even need to kill your character to get rid of it:D
Also for OP, you got it wrong. If you do not use the purification device you will have a lot of harder choices in Lae'zal's story later.
I actually missed out with the secret feat as i allowed Lae'zal to enter the machine, and got her out at the last time. ;) She suffered NO DAMAGE no debuff nothing.
I had Lae'zel as my main tank throughout the game, and even with the debuff she was cleaning up characters in the late game. I get being worried about the consequences you might face in the later part of the game, but if you care about RPing and going with the consequences, then you'll be just fine.
Game doesn't actually have consequences, the endings are all linear and boil down to like 4 choices at the end.
I didn't realize they had removed Reeling from the Adamantine longsword, and Lae'zel is the only person in the party who can wear the Adamantine Splintmail I crafted.
I eventually took Heavy Armor Master on her, hoping the 3 damage reduction and +1 strength would help cushion the blow.
And then my 'butler' asked me to kill her in her sleep...
Thanks for the tip! 100% a better way of doing it.
shes a little more of a melee glass cannon in heavy armour now but she still functions fine and her damage is unaffected.
I have yet to find a permanent debuff that a remove curse does not remove. Though I personally have not tried it with that one as I did not get it.
The more and more I look back at every plot point, I realize that this game is 100% on rails and that it wasn't my story to begin with.
