Which is funny, as we know it was there in EA so they clearly disabled a lot of dialogue as well. ( Also abilities, data miners found a bunch of Warlock spells in the code that aren't in the game anymore such as Eldritch Spear ).
I honestly wonder how much content they cut just to make their new release date.
In early access, if you were a cleric of Shar, you could bond with Shadowheart over your shared faith.
You should play a Cleric, they're OP as hell.
Shadowheart might give off the wrong impression, but that's because she has the worst domain in the game, Trickery.
Try playing a Light, Life or War Cleric and you'll notice a world of difference.
I rerolled Shadowheart to storm domain. It's freaking awesome.
When I play Cleric, I usually do a War Cleric. They start off with access to Heavy Armor proficiency, and they can burn 3 charges per long rest to perform an extra attack.
That's right, they get extra attacks at level 1!
Worship Gruumsh, because Tempus is too hung up on sticking to rules and terms of engagement.
You could worship Shar in EA, and actually bond over your shared faith. Heck, you could even ask Shadowheart to join you in a prayer ceremony.
So yeah, not sure why they chose to remove that option in full release?
I'm almost certain it has to do with something cut from the late game involving the Dark Justiciar's of Shar
Yeah, choose Talos. The "God doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ about you and everything is random and awful" option, there's not really an option to say there's no such thing as gods because then you couldn't be Cleric in the first place and well.... there's a god that follows you the whole game and just sort of chills with you.
