he is in bear forum in a cage off the right side of the camp iirc

My friends and I couldn't actually find him either. One night he just showed up at camp and attacked us which resulted in his immediate death.

He is down a set of stairs on the right side of the temple. The entrance is before the room you see Minthara in. A wooden platform leads to the rom with the stairs has 3 goblins in it.

There's really no big secret here. When you walk into the druid portion of the grove for the first time, you watch a druid transform into a bear in order to threaten the parents of the thief-ling. Oh, these guys can do that, okay.

Did you clean the camp of goblins and leaders? If so he is back at grove but bloody journal doesn't update to tell you that.

And if not his in dungeon, you can get there by moving a bit to the right from center
