Elven beards?
Can someone explain to me why I can make a Baja Blast skin toned elf but I can't give him a beard? I understand that it's a D&D thing that they don't have beards, but I'm pretty sure my drow having 'graying' hair the color of bright red isn't lore compliant either.

Already have a human save, want the dialogue choices for drow, don't want to stare at a bare chin.

I dont need full beard to be a cool dude. My favorite facial hair is basic style side burns but this game doesnt have it.

Play a woman then since drow men are the lesser version of a Drow anyways. Drizzt is a mutant.

Elves in D&D are supposed to be completely bald on every part of their body, save for the scalp. If you see an elf with body and facial hair, it's because they're a halfbreed.

Conversely, any dwarf who is clean shaven is not to be trusted, for such behavior is surely a sign of madness.

Sure. Supposed to be. One look at the colors in the 'graying' section for hair tells me that Larian doesn't really care about what things are 'supposed to be.' Hell, paladins are "supposed to" worship a god, but they don't even get to pick one at character creation.

It's easily remedied by making your elf fluffy below (you know where), and changing hair color to red. Go always naked but keep your boots and hat on. There - problem solved ^^
