I think about this, any time someone acts smug "The cheevo stats clearly show hardly anyone has even beaten even the tutorial after buying it!" in any game that supposedly supports the modding community.
I'm still planning to wait at least a week in case of a week 1 hotfix, but I get the feeling my "No mods ever, just opened the toolkit to see what the fuss was about. Now launcher always declares something naughty about my files and I'm too exhausted to fix a non-issue" will remain the same.
Step 2: set EnableAchievements to true in the config json
Step 3: never worry about this again.
