No warning of corrupted files after deleting added folder & all downloaded files/BG3/Manager. Bit of a pain that I can't get this working, followed guide as instructed. More concerned about potential data corruption & damaged saves using this over Steam Achievements, just would have been nice to have those available too.
I've just tried @Peter_IsTheWolf's method, but unfortunately without success.
I started a game with cosmetic mods installed via the in-game mod manager, I realized 20 hours later that I wasn't unlocking any steam achievements.
I have seen on this guide that this method only works on new games and not on existing ones.
but I see that some people have successfully unlocked achievement on their already launched savegames with mods.
Has anyone achieved this exploit recently?
Thanks,
If i disable the mods does the achievements come back?
Yes , disabling all mods (or mods wtih tag chea) will enable achievements
