How to get achievements when you have mods installed

I have about 20 different modifications installed, from harmless modifications to change the style of the character, to clothing modifiers, as well as adding some sub-classes in the game

I need a fix that can fix this problem in an existing game.

I don't use mods but I have heard on here there's one that does just that

there is one mod on Nexus mods that can make you bypass this.
I think its called achievement enabler and it allows you to still get achievements with mods installed.

Use the script extender to re enable them. There are guides that can walk you through it.
