At the very least they should SAVE THE GAME as you enter the room, lost 40 minutes of progress because of it. No idea why devs feel the need to force stupid puzzles on people.
I would at least do the self-same trial (go in solo) as the killer's sweetheart ring that is dropped on the ground by your doppelganger is very good.
Fly spell or scroll... Misty step...

Just jumping also works, but yours is probably safer
Fortunately, you don't even need all the orbs to open the door to the Shadowfell. Just cast KNOCK and bypass the trials completely!
Ye all praise the necro gods!
Better use a knock scroll in honour mode, it's just too risky.
Skill issue. Look at the map the game gives.
Imagine when those people reach the brain puzzle in the illhithid lair. So many minds will explode...
You have to do the challenge perfectly while looking at the map, and sometimes even THAT doesn't work because you missed the platform by a few pixels and the game kills you. And the kicker is that you can't even resurrect your companions with Revivify scrolls because of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ darkness clouds!!!
Thankfully, the Knock workaround exists, but Jesus Christ, what a pain in the ass.
