New Races

Aside from half-orcs and dragonborn, it would be nice if they added more races. Like the Aarakocra, the Goliath or the Leonin. Which one would you like?

I'd Really want a kalashtar. Mainly cause in my dnd game i play as one and mindlinking people is pretty fun. Ig i can always settle for a modded race i suppose. Also the permanent advantage on wisdom is cool

The new D&D movie made me really want Aarakocra. Won't happen but they're freaking birds. I like birds.

I fell in love with them during my first real experience with D&D, which was The Demon Stone on the Playstation 2. Their whole theme was intruiging to me and I kept replaying the temple level where you have to stop Merrshaulk's aspect from eating Abominations.

They won't add Yuan-Ti, because having advantage on magic resistance straight out of the gate would be too overpowered... according to DM's who believe that combat is the primary element of good role playing.

I personally want playable Minotaurs,bugbears,Full blooded orcs,goblins & ogres,The last two would be the easiest since both of them have a male & female model already in the game but ogres aren't a playable race in the 5e while the rest are. I plan on either going a minotaur paladin or a goblin necromancer with the multiverse mod,depends if my bud wants to do a co op run or not.

I mainly want them as a playable race but for sure add them into the party roster because god d*m that sh*t is looking basic even with the data mined ones.
4 elves (5 if you want to count lae since her race is descended from elves,maybe 6 but i'm not going to spoil that one)
3 humans
&
then a halfing & a tiefling.
Like there is a whole camp of goblins that have voice acting but we can't even take one with us?
Also doesn't help there isn't a single dwarf companion(dwarves are played out) yeah so are elves but they are still being spammed out.

Non PHB races can be for NPCs. They won't be for character creation.

I'm not going to blame Larian for anything. I never expected playable Deep Gnomes for starters and then they dropped them on us. :P

So I can HOPE for more than what Larian promised (More or less everything from the PHB) but I keep my expectations low and realistic.
