For what purpose are you trying to build a Tav?
I suppose 2 handed melee bard inside of darkness?
If so - 9-3/8-4/6-6 are the only options for you depends on number of feats.
You can pact 1 weapon, remember it, so no dual wielding using charisma as a damage for both weapons, I see no reason to use a shield inside of the darkness, so 2handed is the only option.
Pure warlock btw is also fine, 1 charisma from Ethel + ASI, great weapon master feat, sentinel feat, use something long like a spear/halberd - free win unless enemy can see in the darkness or can spam aoe attack - Grimm for example.
If no melee pure bard and sorcerer are just better then warlock.
If EB build - use sorcerer and warlock, 2-10 is fine.
Evil doesn't matter much or classic alignments in general don't matter in this game. Your actions do and you can lose out on some good gear for CHA casters (like Bards, Warlocks and Sorcerers) if you go with more evil options. Nothing that would make your build bad, but still, you would lose out one some optimized gear.
One more thing, if you want to go with Sorcerer/Bard, I would highly recommend picking up both Shield and Mage armor as a Sorcerer. Bards don't have either of those spells and bad defenses in general, so those two spells will boost your survivability by a lot.
Draconic Red.
That put aside, I am not sure what you are after with that build. Especially College of Swords + Sorcerer. What gameplay are you aiming for?
I want a main caster with strong crowd control/manipulation, but I also want the extra weapon attack hence why I need at least swords bard 6 or blade warlock 5.
RP wise I wanna use companions as bait then just finish off fights by myself while companions do whatever to survive, and potentially end the adventure alone since companions will most likely die either from combat or dialogue options.
Don't really care about min maxing or being the absolute best at what I do I mostly don't wanna miss out on fun features from the classes I pick.
I understand fire is by far the best defensively, but what would you pick if you only considered offense ?
Not necessarily, if I go the bardlock route I would definitely take devil's sight but not as a main strategy, I would still use my character as a caster until left with no other choice than going melee
I'm human by the way, i strongly considered playing a drow but I wanted to play a male this time, and an evil male bard lolth drow didn't make much sense to me considering male drows are essentially submissive cucks.
I will need resilient or warcaster feat because I have 8 constitution lol
