If you have ways to Frighten her or otherwise lock her down a bit, you can rip through those Unstoppables and give her a world of pain.
I think blind also helped take the edge off Orin's attacks. I remember abusing that status effect a lot in general.
Not sure if that's the correct way to play that fight, but it worked for me.
EDIT: Also forgot to mention the Baahl edict that REQUIRES you to kill someone or you just insta die at the end of your turn. that is applied at the end of each round.
Maximize your number of attacks from all sources and the fight becomes pretty easy. A couple of MM scrolls to give to your non-casters might help if you have issues getting the total number of attacks in a round for your party over 12.
One other note is Orin is susceptible to falling prone on ice if you want to stop her from jumping around for a bit so you can surround her.
I just did a durge honor mode fight with Orin last night. Super easy as you have the slayer form, not her, and it's just a 1 on 1 duel without all the unstoppables.
I figured she couldn't hold back and I saw it was going to be easy fight so I brought Minthara in to get her satisfaction. As soon as I broke the barrier, the unstoppables kicked in but I drank a speed potion with my sorcerer who spammed MM (with phalar and spellsparkler, boots of stormy, callous glow) and after that my monk Lae'zel took her out with the multi-attack before my bard could even get the next blow in.
For me it was fun.
Now off to Gortash.
