That's the same lame ass retort that people who don't have anything to add always say. Try learning reading comprehension and then perhaps it will make more sense to you. Or don't being that I don't converse with self described bigots.

On the other hand obviously this is fine under some circumstances.
Most of society things eating babies is terrible. If you had another opinion you'd be 'forced to accept' the non-eating of babies and you'd be demonized for saying you didn't agree that eating babies was wrong.
If you made mods to add baby eating because you felt like no meal is complete without them (and it wasn't jokingly) people would naturally not want to host that mod and would wonder what the hell is wrong with you.
If you can't take baby eating seriously enough, just replace every instance of it with pedophila or something and you'll see that there CLEARLY is a point where this is relevant, it's just a matter of opinion where this particular thing stands.
And this is a perfect insight into how such people think. SMH.
Making correlations that have absolutely no relationship to the other save by those who want to give the same weight to one thing as the other in hopes of again showcasing what they themselves feel is on par with their erasure as if somehow this erases people in real life or that said removal in game has anything at all to do with the LGBTQ.
Eating babies or pedophilia whether adding it or that it was there and had to be removed is nowhere anywhere near the same as removing a character from a game, changing one from male to female or female to male (yet one is ok yet the other isn't somehow wonder why that is) or even changing race in some cases (what if I imagined my princess to look like me and the character presented does not? That doesn't mean I have some sort of hate for the presented character? No it just means my preference is to marry/romance/etc someone who looks like I do.)
It would be yes. You cannot have one situation be judged as a thing and not have the exact situation be judged with the same verdict when the only single thing different between them is color.
Either both things are ok or neither are.
One your comment was quoted which means I read it. Two though I get you think you're the text whisperer, no anger whatsoever was behind what was written. I write it in the same manner I write everything which is without emotion.
What you believe is that somehow I didn't get that your use of eating babies or your use of the example of pedophilia was not an actual comparison. What you don't get is that using that very poor example highlights the fact that you clearly believe that the two things have equal weight otherwise you could have used a myriad of other examples.
The only point that matters is that someone playing their own game and making changes to it that do not affect you or anyone else shouldn't be an issue for anyone because it has zero impact on anything.
I don't think that eating babies equals to make a game more lore friendly or to add more traditional romance options.
I'd say yes unless they're only turning black because they're also all being made drow or something. I'd probably think that is okay but very very weird.

You don't think what you're doing is wrong at all, I'd assume. Presumably the baby eater wouldn't either though.
My point was that in general you do feel that there are things people should be forced to accept and should be demonized if they do not, so trying to argue that it's never something that should be done isn't really a relevant argument.
Personally I don't really care, though I do think it's pretty weird to care as much as you apparently do about the sexuality of fictional characters. But I do plenty of pretty weird things of my own, so I can't judge!
And I think it's ok. The point of mods is to introduce change. Although I'd find some subjectively "distasteful", the only "bad" mods are the ones that break the law in the land they're hosted in, or the user who's downloading them.
Neither of the mods are racist, only the people who make, support, use these mods may or may not be racist.
When you are part of an underrepresented demographic, it's not far-fetched to assume that you would use a mod like that to feel as valued as the people who are generally the most represented for a change.
