Also you can twincast spells from scrolls.
Thunder Chromatic Orb does 3d8 damage at lvl 2.
2x twinned Disintegrate and 1x Quickened Disintegrate.
Edit: Oh yes, forgot to mention that you can twin cast haste as well, covering yourself and another ally.
So I'm more interested at what is it best for on level 5+, of course considering the opportunity cost, like "I could've used that fireball there". And I don't consider spell slots as that big of a restriction since it's easy to rest after each and every fight on Tactician and still be swimming in camp supplies.
You can bypass it. There is an exe somewhere in the installation folder than launches the game directly.
Because it requires a target it can be Twin Cast.
