Can I kill them?
I just tricked the grey dwarves in The under dark using the boots to let me through using the boat. Is there another Quest that requires me to talk to them again or can I just kill them. I'm talking to three or four that are on land but not at the temple

You can but I'd wait and do at least the one quest to free the True Soul there if you want another tadpole. You may or may not leave some alive if you make a deal with them.

Not sure if the answer stays the same I don't mean to kill the ones in the temple just yet I will do the quest to free the true soul I just want to know if the four grey dwarves that gave me the quest to get the shoes from The Gnome can be killed right now. Or should I really wait to have finished the quest to Kill those four?

Killing the dwarves on the shore of the underdark has no impact on the dwarves in the grymforge or the quests there. So you can go ahead and do it now if you want. Talk to the other sovereign myconid and he will even join you.

You dont need to even talk to the dwarves to get Nere's parasites or stuff.
You can kill all grey dwarves on sight, and it is actually the most efficient way if you know how to do it "skillfully".
If you talk to the gnome she gives you the boots.
If you take the boots and then talk to the gnome she wont mind you took the boots.
If you give the boots to the grey dwarf, you lose the boots and earn nothing from it.

1- can I give the boots back to the dwarves then kill the person I gave it to and get the boots back?
2- I was mostly asking because I wouldn't want to ruin a future Quest by killing those dwarves.
