Strange because my Eldritch Knight was able to attack up to 3 or 4 times per round and cast at least one spell O.o
1. Because you want to be a Monk who can cast some offensive spells in a pinch?
2. I can see plenty of use cases for this especially with a lot of the gear in the game that synergizes with cantrip+weapon use. Being able to use Blade Ward and still get an attack off is nothing to be sneezed at.
3. It's the beginner's option for those who just want to left-click on things in combat, plus it's a multiclassing dip for crit fishing builds, which are all the better in BG3 with all the crit range boosting equipment there is.
So? I appreciate his input.
I just don't see them when I play an evil character (not Dark Urge)
It's okay to be disappointed.
• No fully custom parties (promised).
• No rolling for ability scores (promised).
• Combat design is terrible.
• Too many explosive barrels.
• Too much consumables.
• Too many "gimmick" mechanics.
• Act 3 is missing 75% of it's content.
• No epilogues.
• Sex scenes are very tame, not really worth the time and effort.
Yeah - i’m assuming by Christmas the game will be better (like DOS2).I might just quit for now and move on to Starfield and then revisit.
How?
