Split your Party up, so the steel watchers don't get multiple hits with one swing.
You can use explosive Barrels, make them wet with either water bottles or create water and struck them with lightning (thats how i did it)
For me it was easier to concentrate everything to kill the Titan asap, because even with one steel watcher + titan the fight is significantly harder than dealing with only 3 Steel watchers.
And because Steel Watchers have a good chunk of health i would suggest to go for the Titan directly instead of killing 2 Steel Watchers first (about the same amount of HP you have to deal with)
If your Party is not Caster Heavy being able to use a lot of spells, don't forget you can buy and use Spell Scrolls on every Character.
What is so hard on question "how to defeat Steel Watcher Titan"?
How you manage toilet or daily hygiene?
Be sure to examine him for his weaknesses and his strengths. Act around it accordingly. And absolutely do not bunch up. For both him and the hellfire watchers.
My group worked on the Hellfires first while we had our dedicated tank distract the main boss and starting the damage. But of course that's our solution to it since we were lvl 12 when we reached it.
Having a lightning user makes it easier. But it's absolutely not required. Like our Karlach did 150+ damage a turn to it.
