Sibling Incest at Act 3 Brothel....Why put this in a video game?

Another way the game goes too far in terms of the over-sexualization & woke degeneracy is the brother & sister prostitute couple you meet in the Act 3 brothel.

I mean, I initially thought "oh interesting there's a brothel in Act 3" and I expected a brothel akin to what we see in Witcher 3 or Dragon Age Origins (where you can select a certain individual to provide you "services").

So I reach Act 3 and I find the most woke brothel ever. I was hoping for a cute elven female or such that I could romance there, thought maybe a funny scene would trigger if Shadowheart found me cheating on her, etc. - but nope that would be too normal.

Instead, I find the most disgusting option (beyond the bear secks and octopus secks they give you the option to partake in) - there's a brother sister drow couple and you can't even choose to select only ONE of them e.g. the drow female. Nope. You MUST engage in a foursome or nothing at all.

It's even implied they are incestuous with each other.

Not at all realistic writing for a high-fantasy medieval setting.

Except in this game they do let that happen. And you potentially partake in it as well. It's basically the equivalent of Geralt/Ciri/Emhyr/Yennefer having a foursome.

Drow are incestuous in DnD, they do a lot worse. Go read Homeland.

To be fair, considering how "romance" in this game works it is the correct attitute to have. The "romance" in this game is reduced to "who do I want to lay" anyways. Might as well look for a ♥♥♥♥♥ for that.

Well ok thats a good point. After playing several characters by now I think i can narrow the problem down to the fact that the NPCs actively try to engage in a sexual relationship with the player character and its not the player that initiates it. I think if it was designed differently people would have much less problems with it. It is fine if I the player initiate a romance with a character and push the friendship into sexual direction. But it feels unnatural if the NPCs do it to the player themselves.

That's what the whole thing said to me too. They won't bang each other, but will alternate between banging you and your partner.
