Especially if you tried some of the save "fixes" that floated around earlyer today, if so you might need a full games worth of free space. As the depos won't match what's expected.
Not shure if the fix earlyer today was legit or not, but it's like solving a puzzle upside down, and rarly used for other than datamining on the consumer side, as we don't really got the index :p
I would certainly recommend doing an integrity scan on your HDD/SSD, whichever you are using. Always take a "...disk read error..." very seriously. Just because it installed ok this time does not mean the drive is 100% ok.
You can use this next time. That would save you the re-downloading if repairing the library folder does not suffice
