I don't see why it wouldn't be possible.
Actually, now that I think about it, that probably will not be the case. There are children NPC's in the game, and I seriously doubt Larian is going to give players the option of walking around in the nude in front of a bunch of 10 year olds.
And depending on what counts as nude for you you will most likely still be at a more or less severe disadvantage. If you only mean no main armor I'd imagine it not being to bad, as long as you don't play on tactician, if you mean no equipment at all it will probably be problematic, because you'll miss out on all the boni from the gear.
Draconic Bloodline sorcerers also get innate AC when not wearing armor.
When I say 'nude', I mean 'NUDE', that includes the undergarments!
Well, it's a filter option setting, meaning the game probably sees it as a visual aesthetic, rather than a mechanical functionality.
Go with a charisma build and everyone will appreciate it.
