They shouldn't be attacking on sight though - have you interacted with them before at any point?
Not that I remember. The ship crashed, I scared off the people occupying the church dungeon, I fought the goblins, spoke with people in the grove, went into the side tunnel which has three goblins and a few guardian statues and then walked back out, up and met Brynna. I don't think at any point there I could've met them.
Edit: To be fair I did quite a few things in the grove, talked with Nyssa Nytta or what shes called, agreed to have the Refugees escourted out (dont plan on it though, want to get rid of the Goblins), Wyl joined my party, etc. But still I don't think this has anything to do with Brynna?
The prisoner doesn't matter and none of the Tieflings should just be attacking you either.
