Owlbear cub not at goblin camp

How long does it take for the cub to show up at the goblin camp?
And can it still show up there if I visited the camp already or do I need to reload a previous save?

It is possible the cub shows up somewhere else. In EA it went to the Goblin camp.They could have changed it for release. If not then youre game is bugged.

It's still eating its dead mother for me, so just wondering how long it takes for the goblins to finally capture it. It's been a whole lot of hours in my campaign and it's still just there.

Yes, plenty. As I said, it's been many ours ago in my campaign, have done plenty of stuff between clearing the cave and finally entering the goblin camp.
There's basically nothing else left for me to do.

maybe you should leave it first. don't kill off the goblin with the running chicken yet. go do other things first.

Same issue
Killed the mother - Cub is still eating her in the cave.
Have done other stuff and long rested several times now.
Cub is not in the Goblin Camp still. Just the Goblin girl Krolla and Chicken.

I want that damn Owlbear cub!

When I've got the time I might have to try several long rests back to back to see how many it will take for it to appear... If it appears.

i finally got mine i was in the underdark and grym forge by the time it showed up. killed the mother and set it free at the goblin camp and while doing that i got a message that it had picked up our scent and may show up at camp. i had done several long rests before it showed up though. a couple i did just to see if it would trigger so i'd say somewhere between 6-8 maybe.

At least you all were able to see the cub eating its mother. As soon as I knocked out the mother, it ran away. Not at the Goblin camp either. Is this a bug?

I couldn't free it at the goblin camp, since it said kill the goblins to free it but I left and did some stuff and came back and killed all the goblins and it wasn't there.

not sure..

it was at the gobo camp when i visited.. started the "game" but managed to get the cub to..

eh.. afterwards - it was wondering around when i killed everyone.. managed to avoid it going hostile before clearing the area and it let me talk to it.. then it vanished (i believe it should show up at camp sooner or later..)

only rested once since then.. so hoping its at my camp. (especially given I've wiped out the whole gobo camp now.

Wait what? I killed the mother (I did injure the cub) and then the cub ran away and disappeared. Do I have to reenter the cave? How do you get the scene of the cub eating the mom?

For me it appeared at goblin camp right after exiting his cave and taking a long rest. THough, I have another issue. Told it to go to my camp - it never appeared there.

The problem is that it isn't at the Goblin Camp, so I can't kill the Goblins yet and progress forward.
