Bedrolls and Breakfast achievement

I noticed only less than 6% of the playerbase have Long Rest-ed more than 4 times in their single playerthrough. I got this achievement and thought that I might be doing something wrong.

If anyone here is already past Act I and still hasn't done Long Rest more than 4 times, care to share how you made it possible?

Rest every 2 encounters? I haven’t got it. But it should be easy to just rest right?

Just steam achievements being buggy. The achievements register by collecting data from the game's API if either Steam or the developer has the achievements API not correctly fused to the game then it may not record or upload the achievement flags accurately and also I heard that being 'Private' hides your achievements from the central API that displays the % completed

I doubt that the achievement bug is due to Steam. I suspect Larian as only BG3 has this problem; my other games have normal/believable percentages.
Currently, it says that I am one of the 0.01% players that were able to "Descent from Avernus". I am sorry for the 99.99% players still stuck on the illithid ship!

Mine shows 28%. I think it just takes forever to update

im not getting any achievements at all apparently. maybe i havent achieved anything yet idk

im not getting any steam popup notification about it like i do in other games anyways.

I think the achieves are bugged

I think you get your first achievement when you leave the ship. Achievement is the one I mention above: "Descent from Avernus." You should have it if you are not at the very beginning of the game.

I think the achievement tracking might be skewed by everyone who played in early access but hasn't played the full version yet.

achievements take a while to update in particular at release of large games, not sure why but I wouldn't pay too much attention to the %
