Complete Necromancy? skeleton army? bone golem?
So im wondering if we can create complete necromancer class with multiple skeleton minions, big minions such as bone golem or some big fat abomination, summon ghosts, shoot ghost projectile and this kind of stuffs!
Does this game have those?

The raise undead in this game is very limited.
Even more then 5e table top game.
Only 1 undead instead of 4.
Tho i dont know if they ever turn on you.
On the table top you need to spend an animate dead every 24 hours to keep control over your undead.
I shoud test to see if i can have multiple undead.
I doubt it.
Games hate summoners because we break the action economy.

This sounds like you're only describing the very beginning of the game (Act 1).

Please check again once you're further in and can use more advanced spells.
The real answer to OP's question.

They need to worry less about balance and more about if players are having fun.

Balance is not ultimately a huge concern. Many things can appear imbalanced to people and then to another people they seem completely balanced.

BG1 was nice when you could summon a skeletal army. Also the game was balanced.

You can CHOOSE to do it and you can choose to NOT DO IT.

Similar to how you pick one class over another and a fireball over a heal spell. Different ways of playing the game.

its a game of fantasy. So bring it to life the way players can enjoy it.

Think for 5 seconds and you can understand why it is like it is.

Animate dead is a third level spell.
I am currently in grand mausoleum
When i tried animate dead i got 1 zombie or skeletion.
Worse when i cast it again it kill the previous one.
But feel free to tell us which undead spell allows you to build an army worthy of angmar.

Look this game follow the rules of DnD so why asking a change ? And the game try to make you feel like you play around the table, it's exactly what I expect from this game.

Create Undead
6th level necromancy
Casting Time: 1 minute
Range: 10 feet
Target: Up to three corpses of Medium or Small humanoids within range
Components: V S M (One clay pot filled with grave dirt, one clay pot filled with brackish water, and one 150 gp black onyx stone for each corpse)
Duration: Instantaneous
Classes: Cleric, Warlock, Wizard
You can cast this spell only at night. Choose up to three corpses of Medium or Small humanoids within range. Each corpse becomes a ghoul under your control. (The GM has game statistics for these creatures.) As a bonus action on each of your turns, you can mentally command any creature you animated with this spell if the creature is within 120 feet of you (if you control multiple creatures, you can command any or all of them at the same time, issuing the same command to each one). You decide what action the creature will take and where it will move during its next turn, or you can issue a general command, such as to guard a particular chamber or corridor. If you issue no commands, the creature only defends itself against hostile creatures. Once given an order, the creature continues to follow it until its task is complete. The creature is under your control for 24 hours, after which it stops obeying any command you have given it. To maintain control of the creature for another 24 hours, you must cast this spell on the creature before the current 24-hour period ends. This use of the spell reasserts your control over up to three creatures you have animated with this spell, rather than animating new ones.
At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a 7th-level spell slot, you can animate or reassert control over four Ghouls. When you cast this spell using an 8th-level spell slot, you can animate or reassert control over five Ghouls or two ghasts or wights. When you cast this spell using a 9th-level spell slot, you can animate or reassert control over six Ghouls, three ghasts or wights, or two mummies.

So yes, but a level you can't reach with this game.

Don't you get a 6th level spell when you're playing Warlock? You get Mystic Arcanum at level 10 or so.

For 6 ghouls it's a 9th level spell.

Except in Mortismal's review he showed off the spell, he had found it some where. Said it made the game really easy.

Game goes only to level 12.

The real strong necromancer spells come level 17, like

"animate death" with following text "as long the target is willing, and not longer than 300 years death, the caster can reform the body with all traits, and get a servant who has access to all his skills from his living time".

Which means, you can recreate heroes, demons and everything else, which died in the last 300years, and want to come back to the world.

This is not the kind of game you're looking for.
