Adamantine Forge Quest Broken

The wheel to release the magma cannot be turned a second time like it can be in videos of it before the release. I have reloaded 15 different times. It's broken.

I fixed it by reloading a long way back before I actually got to the forge. That's the only way i got it to work again.

You only need to turn it once and besides you can only use the forge once anyways even though you can find 2 mithril ore

No. I used the forge to make a sword for the boss and immediately after put in a scale mail mold and made that without problem

Yeah mine is the same way, two ores but could only use it once

that's not even remotely true.. I made both an Adamantine Shield and Adamantine Mace using the forge.

You can use it agian but the lava doenst go a 2nd time for me so i teleported back to the quick move portal

No it's a glitch. I tested it multiple times with several saves at different points after reaching the forge. If you save during the cut scene is what caused it in my testing. Save b4 you even get to the forge, or you may encounter this very frustrating bug.

For me, I don't seem to have the part of the forge that has the valve on it. I only have the crucible and mould parts. No wheel contraption thing.

Looking on Youtube, it seems like this is what the wheel piece is supposed to look like:

If so, it's definitely missing on mine. It's like the 3D model didn't load or something. :(

It's bugged on mine too, I am unable to put mythril a second time, and the "valve" does not want to turn anymore. So the only thing I can do is put/remove mould.

Can't believe they released the product without fixing this issue cause it seems to be broken since EA.

If somebody encounters this - use the switch to bring the forge to the upper level, then go back to camp without placing the second mythril into the forge. Also, eject the mold you added (just for good measure). Then do a long rest and return and start the smithing exactly like the first time:

• place mold
  
• place mythril
  
• use switch
  
• use lava wheel
  
• use switch
  
• done

I forged both the scale mail ("during battle") and the splint armour (second item) despite the lava wheel not being accessible after the fight.
