Twitch drops missing.

So I claimed the Twitch drop. My Twitch is bound with my Larian account but I still haven't gotten the gear ingame (I've looked in the Camp Chest no luck) Anyone here know if you only get it on BRAND new characters?? I tried to ask on the offical forum before some rason I seem to be banned there even though I never posted anything on the forum like EVER.

Some people claim they got Twitch drops even through they didn't link any account at all.

Happened to me. I went to camp 1st night and found the Twitch drop items in the box, along with the items from the pre-launch Deluxe Edition. At that time I didn't even know about the Twitch drops, so I thought they were part of the other bonus items, until I stumbled across the promo.

I took the purple clothes out, put them on Astarion. (don't judge me.)
Then reloaded a previous save to try get a different cut scene. When I went to camp, the twitch items were gone from the box. When I tested the previously mentioned save in which I had first found them, they were gone there, too.

So I went and connected my Larian account to Twitch and got the *actual* Twitch drops. Which are now not showing up in my camp.

I have everything connected: Twitch to Steam and Larian, Larian to Steam and Twitch. I had this all set up before the game launched. I have watched the stream and have claimed everything. I have gotten Twitch rewards from several games before, so the process is pretty much the same.

However, I still do not see the drops. I go to the camp, find the stash there and all I have are my deluxe edition items. No Twitch drops. There are SEVERAL threads here and on reddit regarding this issue. Some folks it has worked fine and many that is has not. The Larian forums are kinda fubar right now, so I'm not sure they are aware of the issue. I came here looking to see if anyone had posted anything and I found this thread. I'm not sure if the dev team watches these forums or not, but I wanted to put in my experiences just in case they come across this.

Same, no items, everything connected and watched over 4h+, claimed the drops but nothing in the chest... i mean the Digital deluxe stuff, yes, but no drops....

There is a known issue with Twitch at the moment and Twitch drops have been disabled for the time being. They will be re-enabled once the fix is implemented.

you have to re-link your twitch account to your larian account from the larian website after logging in.

Log into your larian account at the website, go to your profile, disconnect your twitch from it, and re-connect your twitch.
Go back to twitch and click on the item drop to make sure it transferred.

I haven't signed into the Larian launcher yet because of the save issue. But it seems I have both Steam AND Larian connected to Twitch now. I'll be surprised if this drop ever shows up.
