Of course not.
She's a Drow.
The vast, overwhelming majority of all Drow in Faerun are unapologetically evil. Those who aren't, tend to flee from society, where they are most often hunted down and killed before they even catch a mere glimpse of the surface world.
Look at Minthara's eyes. They're dark red, meaning she was a Lolth-Sworn before she was brainwashed into the cult of the Absolute.
I was reading this and apparently there might be a way to save her without killing everyone

Sorry to say, but there's no way to make a good first impression without slaughtering the refugees.

This is a dnd game. The one where you can roll dice to make friends with the undead. Where the main enemy can be persuaded to cook cookies. And there is no way for a character based on eloquence (background and abilities) to convince a paladin of a place that "is taking revenge in the wrong direction?" especially with mind-reading abilities (magicians/scrolls) and with an Illithid larva?
Requires some finaggling and the question is, is it worth it to you?
