dying mind flayer and shadowheart got killed by the kiss? (at beach crash site)
when i meet the mind flayer after the ship crashed (after meeting shadowheart and recruit her), i didn't resist and try to choose positive outcome on mind flayer. Such as focusing on his urge. Then shadowheart got kissed by him and dead, after that the mind flayer got up, blast me with purple miasma and suddenly it's game over. I don't understand, shouldn't he be praising me for being a good thrall and maybe reward me ?

Thats not how mind flayers work
You just fed shadowhearts brain to it, letting it recover, and its immediately going to mind blast your entire party, because *thats what mind flayers do*

The mindflayer was planning to eat your brain, that's what they do. Thralls are basically free labor and fast food items to them. Plus, I suspect it knew you weren't an actual thrall.

Happened on my first play run. After that, he gets blasted from a distance and I do not talk to him.

He did reward you. By allowing you to provide him sustenance with your brain matter.

I fed it Shadowheart, and after the cutscene, Tav was also dead? I was disappointed that leaving it dying didn't lead to some unforeseen consequences... maybe in the full game

Don't have Tav stand so close. The mindflayer pretty much gets a surprise round on your party if you feed it.
