Okay, but just because something is not illegal, then it is still okay to promote or create story about it? it is the problem with this liberal world, they try to screw up anything they can in the name of freedom and just because they can do.
Why people should not complain about something which disgusts them?
if they would talk about "crap sex" in game, it would be still disgusting. If they would suggest necrophilia, it would be stil digusting and would be very okay to bash the game for that too. And the list is long, what weird or disguting fetishes are there some people enjoy.
I don't see why it is problem to complain about this scene.
And by the presentation we can clearly see that it is not to be taken serious...I mean just look at the squirrel in that scene...
It was so comforting and warm looking.
Trying to apply laws on fiction is stupid.
You'd have to be pretty far down the low end of the intelligence bellcurve to not be able to differentiate fiction from reality.
Writing about something (or making art/animation), no matter how morally reprihensible or disgusting, isn't the same as promoting it. It can be used for shock factor, dark jokes, emotional weight and so on.
You don't have to like it, but it doesn't make it illegal.
It's not illegal to fantasize about or simply just imagining any kind of immoral or illegal thing.
If you wanna try to apply laws to fiction and imagination you're threading deeply into thought policing, and there's nothing good down that path.
And with all this said, in this game it's only implied, meaning that it never even reach that point. The only way it got further than the druid (in bear wild shape) walking up on Astarion is if you imagined it, and I guess that's why people are so upset. They didn't know their brain could think up such things :D

Instead though, we have spent the last 395 comments debating the content in question, and the OP's decision to report it, etc.
I mean, there comes a point where it's time to let it go.
Steam allows users to report games that they believe have something worth reporting. After that Steam investigates the game(s) in question, and then makes a decision.
Did you also report Bojack Horseman?
