So Minthara is a bad choice before doing everything else?
Unfortunately I had no clue I was supposed to do everything before talking to her and agreeing to her plans. I guess I have spoiled myself enough with the EA now though and will know better in the full game. There was also some odd puzzle I looked up in the room where the goblin priestess locks you up and you get saved by the devil woman and it led to some underworld I had no clue if I was supposed to even go there alone. I guess I didn't explore even half of what the EA has to offer and I guess that's good enough.

it honestly depends what you are looking to achieve, speaking to her will put into motion the attack of the grove if you tell her its location or she might attack you too i believe if you make certain dialogue choices.

if you want to be a good guy simply don't tell her the location and kill her on the spot as well as the other leaders or if you really want to play out the attack on the grove you can tell her the location and betray her but its far easier to just kill everyone in the goblin fortress stealthy.

The puzzle leads to the under dark to an old abandoned temple of selune its essentially just yet another way to get to the under dark nothing too special about it.

Helping out the druids and thieflings seemed the boring thing to do that you are expected to do in rpgs. Minthara said don't come back to the goblin fortress so I was bummed.

Yes helping the druids is the good option, in the full release Minthara is said to be recruitable in act two as a companion but it seems you have to side with her in act 1 and destroy the druids which is a real shame i hope there is another way for her to join you without having to be a bad guy.

I really want her as a companion, and the druids seem lame, still im not sure if i want to wipe all the druids and teiflings just to get 1 companion, what i might try to do is knock her unconscious, kill the other leaders and goblins and free halsin and see if i can encounter her in act 2 and somehow convince her to join me.

As of this current state of EA, siding with Minthara is pointless and will only screw you over.

Regardless of whether or not you talk her out of betraying you, you're still barred from returning to the goblin camp, as they have orders to kill you on sight. And since you can't take the surface route to reaching Moonrise, this means you're forced to fight your way through the goblins and cultists in order to reach the Underdark anyways.

Well, you could try to take the alternate route by jumping down the well in blighted village, but that path is only available if you have Feather Fall, and you've got the Phase Spider Matriarch to deal with, then a pair of minotaur right after that.

I don't care about the EA tbh. I was just checking the game out.

I was just saying that siding with her at this current time is not worth the effort. Things will be different in full release, but for right now, the best option is to side with Zevlor and wipe the goblins out.

Also, you're mistaken by thinking you haven't seen half of what EA has to offer. Once you get to The Underdark section, you're almost done as far as pursuing the main quest is concerned.

It's less that you've seen half of EA, and more that EA only shows you half of act 1. There will be a lot more to do after full release, but in game's present state, you can pretty much speed run your way to the end, once you've memorized where to go.

I didn't meet the Cretch or that sus old witch in her home who gives you a potion but I'm going to try sorcerer and warlock and how they play so I guess I will go check both of them out.

The creche is not in early access right now. It's supposedly found along the surface route to moonrise towers, but the surface route is not implemented. The only way to get to Moonrise is through the Underdark.

That's what I mean when I say EA is only half of act 1, because the surface route is not implemented, and it looks like the devs have no intention of implementing it until full release.

I’m glad you can save along multiple routes. I sided with Minthara to see her romance scene but now starting to see in early access that makes it very difficult to see all the way to the end. Re-saved back before I sided with her and going the good route to see the rest. Gives me more for the weekend.
The romance scene was so funny. My dwarf paladin ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ her lmao. Stupidest thing I have seen in a video game.
