Can you have multiple romances at the same time?

Hope they make it clear beforehand where they sit. While I would never cheat in real life, it's a game and I like to experience as much as I reasonably can.

If I were to guess, I would say that Astarion and Lae'zel are both fine with open relationships, and Shadowheart is not. Admittedly, if I were going to try a multiple romance option I would probably want to romance Shadowheart and Karlach but I strongly doubt that is possible.

From what Larian has said, you can have multiple relationships going on at once, but only certain characters will be okay with being in a polyamorous relationship while others will not. Astarion, Lae’zel, and Minthera are probably the most likely to be okay with it, while Gale and Shadowheart will likely hate the idea of being in a non-committed relationship.
