Chromatic Dragons like Reds and Blues are pretty evil so no, they likely will not hesitate to kill you.

Idk dude the goblins dont attack you if youre drow, i thought maybe dragons wouldnt. Seems like a reasonable idea.

Only because the Goblins ar eindoctrinated into the Cult of the Absolute and under the thrall of several higher-ranking Drow.

Without the mind control they'd be at each other's throats.

In pathfinder the dragon blood lineage or something like that gave a skill that allowed you to transform into a huge dragon, that would be even cooler

Dragons view dragonborn as potential slave fodder, not worthy of respect. May not have the outcome you are hoping for.

Of note, looks like there might be an option to toggle tails on or off. In canon they don't have tails, but this looks like a nice way to let people have their cake an eat it, too. Would be nice to be able to toggle off tails on all NPC dragonborn, too. Similar to how I can make my canon gray/black drow, but still have to endure running into a lot of purple drow that look more akin to moon elves than drow.

Yeah, Dragonborn actually hate dragons because they were used as slaves back in their homeworld.

They also don't have a particularly strong respect to the gods, because they did not exist in Abeir and thus any prayers for salvation made by the Dragonborn went unanswered. Those who ended up being displaced on Toril view their relationship to the gods as being one of pragmatism and transactional.

They worship gods because the gods provide them with a service, and if that service turns out to be faulty, or the god doesn't live up to their expectations, the Dragonborn will abandon them in favor of someone else.
