BG3 companions must die! ☠️

How should they kick the bucket,, IF there was no escaping it cannon-wise? Yeah I'm sure most want them to live forever like Minsc lol. So I don't expect people to spend their time on such a serious or silly subject..

Gale should perish in an explosion that takes out the entire city of Baldur's Gate? What if BG was infested with all sorts of evil creatures,, which after being overwhelmed....he makes things go KABOOM.

Wyll makes a deal similar to Disney's Hercules,, where he becomes a "true hero" after doing the unthinkable! Except he'll actually sacrifice himself for someone we never expected?? Maybe it's a goblin,, maybe it's a devil?? Maybe it's for a so-called "evil" companion? And from this sacrifice that person finally gets their alignment changed, similar to Viconia.

Shadowheart should die by killing herself when remembering her past life, & not able to move on from it? The MC thought he or she was helping her by recovering lost memories,, yet it actually guaranteed her death.

Astarion just passes away when turning back into a normal elf,, where he died happily ever after? There should be a quest where he was cured from his vampire condition,, & no longer needs to drink anyone's blood?

Laezel can die peacefully in her bed from old age,, with a lots of affection from those that served her. 😏 Pretty much all of her dreams came true,, & only regrets not being able to die in battle or something? lol.

Not just any illithid though,, it will probably be a hybrid version from what I saw on the MTG cards.

Also I didn't mention any of them dying from it,, because I'm predicting that it doesn't kill them at all.

They all die from falling off of a ledge. I have no idea how that happened.

I don't care about Minsc's survival at all. I like playing evil character options, and Minsc would most definitely be opposed to that. Therefor, his continued presence in the party would be detrimental to my play style.

Early, by my party, since none of them are interesting. Hopefully the full game has less emo early friends or custom companions

Lae'zel dies in her cage, squirming with arrows sticking out of her gut, or roasted alive with no chance to escape.

Gale probably dies alone and unnoticed somewhere, perhaps in a dark, empty cave, as his Netherese sucking chest wound consumes him.

Wyll is forever enslaved by Mizora, unless he crosses me, in which case I will leave his impaled body by the crossroads as a warning to others.

Karlach gets banished back to hell with the rest of the foul bloods - let Zariel sort them out. I literally want to use the Banish spell on her if we get access to it.

The weirhalfling gets a short leash tied to a post. She'll make an excellent guard dog.

You can also go the "Romeo & Juliet" route,, where once it happens you take your own life to join her in the afterlife?? Unless of course you both have different alignments,, which means you'll never see each other again I think? 😭

This topic was inspired by a former regular on the forum,, who kept wanting to hurt & kill everyone ((Minus all the women in BG3,, for obvious harem reasons lol.))

Now who knows maybe Larian added story routes where situations like ours could happen?? But if not,, then it's probably for the best...unless their writers can make what we said more interesting to the majority?

With that said I wanted to share his own words on how he wanted certain companions to die,, which again gave the idea for the topic. 💀

So ok, I would stuff him down in a hole after ripping his tongue out & cutting off his hands & feet. Searing them shut with flames, & then dump the chamber pots on him. Forcing him to eat that to survive..

After a while I play drop the hot coal down on the Blade, & see how he dances without his phalanges... that would be enjoyable. Eventually I would drop a large meat hook down & rip into him, lifting him up. Drag him to the windmill & let the gobbies have their way with him, except if they kill him I will kill all of them.

The longer they make him suffer the better I like it. I would bring Gale over to watch the whole thing, & give him the same kind of arrogant monologue he uses when addressing me. I would take his resurrection pouch of goods, & offer it to the gobbies to have the trolls come & savage both Wyll & Gale,,, you know....sexually.

Then I would mock Gale, using his expression that he gave to Shadowheart. I would use the foppish gaggy crap that Wyll spouts, & of course remind him he is a nobody who is nothing without the pact.

Finally I would feed them to the gobbies, but they have to eat them one bite each, starting at the extreme ends of each appendage & then work their way in. I get chills just thinking about it." - Corridian.

No idea how minsc is even alive as I clearly remember him attacking the bhaalspawn when I killed that annoying A** noober in every single playthrough! How anyone beat the game without killing that guy is beyond me!

Forgot to comment on the topic. As lae'zel is the only companion I can stand she dies her dream death and I free the world of the rest, the wizard is not bad in short bursts but the others are just whiny and annoying.
