Lacking bracers of +2AC and rings +AC and other stuff that makes casters mode durable.
Your possible options here:
1) Shield of faith from cleric/paladin +2AC (usually not worth it)
2) Mage armor spell (+3 ac) or draconic bloodline which is the same
3) AC from dexterity
4) Something that makes your enemy roll disadvantage when hits you (blur, blindness, long range, dark unlit corners for enemies without darkvision)
5) Mirror image
6) Temporary HP (rally from fighter, heroism or false death)
7) Invisibility
8) Etc...
But usually a good positioning is better then all those above :P
add the feat heavy armor at level four.
If you get 15 str you can wear a plate.
The cheapest would be to drop poison vile beneath a target and break it with bonus action that could work Or use darkness arrows those blind targests and you can still do damage at the same time..
Other than that most was covered in first post maybe haste potion is worth mention as well.
All those are "8) etc..." :D
And most of them (same as listed in my comment) not worth it more likely due to current quite low difficulty.
Roll Githyanki
Use Gith Plate armor and have 17 AC at baseline
Draconic Sorcerers get a natural armor class of 13 + their dexterity modifier. With 20 dexterity, that would give you a natural AC of about 18 (13+5)
Alternatively you can constantly buff yourself with temp hp, such as with the Abjuration Wizard specialization or Warlock.
There are also spells to raise your AC (Mirror Image, Shield of Faith, Haste) or make you harder to hit (Blur).
You can also try using the Hide action.
If you are playing a sorcerer, if you are a wild magic bloodline you'll want the mage armor spell and reasonably good dex. If you are a dragon bloodline then ignore mage armor altogether because your scales gives you the exact same benefit.
In either case Dex, Constitution and Charisma should be your highest attributes, with charisma being the highest because it is your spellcasting attribute.
When you get the shield spell, it will be a reaction to increase your AC by 5 until the start of your next turn.
Sorcerers are not meant to be tanky and on the front lines. They are back line blasters. The ability to quicken spells, twin spells or increase the reach of spells make them ideal for staying WAY back and blasting from afar.
