I would doubt we will get ALL races and SUBCLASSES at release. There are just to many.
Knowing Larian, I'm willing to bet that they may have added a single 'Zerai npc somewhere, just so we can talk to them and see Lae'zel's reaction to them, but I think there's approximately a 0% chance that we'll get them as a playable race.
Additionally Githzerai are much less likely to seek open confrontation. They are much more introspective as a race and more focused on their own survival rather than seeking combat with their enemies.
They live in the plane of Limbo, inside fortresses constructed out of pure adamantine which are held together by their constant psionic focus.
Who the hell could have destroyed them?
The Nameless One, by instiling doubt
Hell of an accomplishment, considering they were also Monks.
Half of the D&D universe are somehow accomplished Tiefling Bards so, you know.
Tends to happen when you've got one half of your population swearing vengeance, and the other half who just want to let bygones be bygones.
can't have the yanki without the zerai, lol. that'd be like only having metallic dragonborns. races have been announced, so im banking on DLC at this point
