Deities of DnD 5e

Now I'm only informed about the Pathfinder deities, and I'm trying to learn all about the DnD ones now, anyone got any good sources or hopefully lore videos that I could get in on?

I searched a bit and couldn't find a really great site or video for it. So, if anyone got some, please share page or channel, please :)

Bonus question, is there a straight up equivalent to Sarenrae? :D

Well aside from the Player's Handbook and Dungeon Master's Guide there's the YouTube channel Jorphdan with tons of D&D lore, including the Forgotten Realms pantheon.

I did find that but wanted a bit more, like... people often put together great lore videos combining information from books and such too. I'm going deep :)

Not a direct equivalent, but pretty close one would be Lathander.

Other decent ones, though not sun deities (funny enough, they are moon deities) would be Selune and Eilistraee (as far as domains go at least, life and light being the primary 2.)

It probably was so I browsed deities that didn't have much lore. I've gone over lots more now and some of them actually have really deep information. So thanks for pushing me back there :)

Yeah I've gone over them all and as you say they're not really equivalents, but touching on it atleast. Eilistraee was an interesting find.

I just find that whole "forgive for as long as it can be forgiven, otherwise utterly obliterate" theme to be interesting for RP.
