Reproduction steps:
1. R-click the hutch.
2. Click "Hutch info".
3. Look at the error counter go.

It didn't happen right away on this save, noticed it after day 5 at the first farm North of Muldraug.

It seems to be related to the UI. The clean button and the cleanliness progress bar don't render correctly (or at all).

Yes, it happened to me too. I fixed it by finding and click the clean button in the hutch's chicken area tab, in my case the button moved to top left corner. After the cleaning action is done, the error stopped and the UI glitch reverted back to normal.
Can you share the whole logs.zip file found in C:\Users\%UserProfile%\Zomboid?
You can use any file-sharing website of your choice or a temporary one like limewire.com for example.
The problem is that, I couldn't reproduce the bug in an unmodded save. Anyways, here's my log folder[limewire.com].

An unmodded save is necessary for testing, as we cannot accept modded logs or saves.

This does seem like an unmodded save and video though based on the logs, so I will forward this as a bug report with the video and log.
