its also annoying that you need ot be a lvl 2 carpenter in order to be an effective herbalist (or at least to make a polstice). makeing a mortar and pestle should not have a carpentry requirement (especially when it comes to knowing the recipy).
it would also make more sense to have it crafted form a stone and chisle (screwdriver) rather than a plank. a wooden mortar and pestle would be somewhat useless (so maybe it WOULD break after one use), but the image is clearly of a traditional stone/ceramic one. maybe they could have a recipy for making one from stone that would be more durrable than the quick and easy one with wood?
