doesn't really make sense that you need the actual product for the menu, it should just say 'missing treatment' or whatever... The arrow being in the menu but not opening is just confusing
It might be a bug in the current game versions.
OR
There is a 3d disease that is untreatable (devil's water fungi).
If you have both cures in your inventory and there is no option, it might be better to cut the crop to prevent spreading.
It's cureable, but takes some work.
From the wiki "the only cure is to dehydrate the diseased plant by keeping it below 10% of the Minimum Water required for that plant type".
Arthur, Testy is likely correct with the 3rd disease option, which is not curable.
Unless you have modded your game in any way, then its anybody's guess as to why your game is wonky.
But I am going with the devil's water here. One thing you CAN do for future gardens is to space your crops out TWO tiles apart from each other. This will not stop them from getting diseases, but it WILL stop it from spreading to another garden tile. Each furrow dug two tiles away from the last...no more spreading.
