Dedicated server error

I've searched for hours on how to fix this, please let me know if more info is needed, and how to get it. I'm not tech savy or anything but have been the one in my friend group to set up servers for years, never ran into this many issues.

here is the solution !

you have to modify the port in "servertest.ini"

replace that :
# Minimum=0 Maximum=65535 Default=16262
UDPPort=16262

by that :
# Minimum=0 Maximum=65535 Default=16262
UDPPort=16261

then save and reboot the serv
