Garage door bug?

Hey, has anyone seen the bug where the middle of the garage door is opened while the sides were closed? Whenever you try to close the middle garage door, the other two opens and vice versa?

My gf and I was coming home from a medical facility raid when we saw a bunch of zombies standing in our base. We thought they spawned in but it turns out that they went inside through the hole in the garage door! How does this happen? How do we fix this?

I have encountered this bug as well, can't seem to do anything about it even with admin powers

Me and my buddy had that issue to fix you stand on one side of the door and your friend on the other then you both spam open and close door til its fixed.
