Multiplayer Vehicle Issue w/ High Ping Players

I have a friend that has a high ping, so whenever he enters a vehicle I'm driving, his screen goes black for a second and then spawns outside the car. Chances are he might die immediately as soon as he appears outside the car, this happened twice so far to where we agreed to avoid cars in general. When this occurs, my screen flickers black, then he informs me he's outside the car once the flickering stops. On my second attempt I decided to go slow, he still appeared outside the car but this time it instantly killed him, while the first attempt just spawned him next to a horde that killed him.

I asked for his ping and overall performance, he says he gets around 100, but occasionally it spikes past 400 since the ping limit kick was giving him a hard time, so I disabled it. He says the game runs smooth on his end. I did ask for his specs before I got him the game I assure you.

Does it only happen on one specific server or on all servers? And do you have any mods enabled?

I do have mods enabled, none of which effect cars, just to name a few "Map Symbol Slider", "They Knew", "Boredom Tweaks" and "Extra Map Symbols". It has only happened on one server so far, I just got him the game two days ago, out of the two friends that play this, it has only happened with him so far.

It is possible that the server either doesnt have enough RAM assigned (4GB minimum) or that the connection between you two isnt really stable. Usually if either of you play on a wifi that can be common.

I decided to make another server, same settings and all. It has been working so far, no issues. Very odd however, not a great first impression for him, but he's enjoying the game now.
