Why are my wheels falling off?[Solved]

So i find a van in decent condition, sept for two of the tires. so i find a garage and find two 100% Standard heavy duty Tires as apposed to the two Valu brand HD tires that i'm replacing so i gather the tools and change them both without a hitch. so i hop in my van and off i go and then suddenly the tires fall off and i'm sitting there grinding my wheels. i don't even... smh O_o)? what is this now?

Did you fill them after putting them on? What about the suspension and brakes, they in good condition?

Yeah the vans fine, i just changed the tires, and it says succeeded and is in green when i did it and when i drive away they fall off. they were both heavy duty tires, i don't see what the problem is.

So did you check the tires had air in them? Brand new tires that didn't come off another vehicle will have 0 air pressure and might as well not be on the wheel at all until you inflate them.

I did it, I just pumped up the tires

wheels without air shouldn't drop off, they are bolted into a car. I removed wheels from car, and re-installed them on same car, they started popping off. My mechanics level is 0, recommended is 1 but game says i installed them succesful.
