[Public Build 38.30] [MP] US Army Walkie Talkies' Static-Sound Won't Shut the Hell Up!

Title pretty much sums it up. In Multiplayer, when someone is carrying a Walkie Talkie, and decide to turn it on, the sound sticks to that area, even after they log off OR turns the thing off. Hell, turning it back ON seems to STACK the damn sounds! I had to give up on using Headphones for THIS very reason... freakin' thing hurts my ears to listen to for extended periods of time! >_<

I've noticed that the issue was reported before by someone else, MONTHS back even, but they didn't seem to receive a response, or if they DID, it wasn't addressed publicly.

But anyways, I thought I should let y'all know that it's still an issue on the CURRENT build, despite having seemingly started back in September of 2017. ^_^'
